All persons listed on the business registration form need to have their signatures notarized. In order for one of the clerks to notarize a signature, a driver’s license or other piece of picture identification with a signature such as a State I.D. or passport is needed.
The fee to file, renew, amend or dissolve a business registration is $10.00. We except cash, check, cashier check, mastercard and visa. Additional copies are $2.00. Please make checks payable to Ingham County Clerk.
(Effective December 1, 2004 we cannot accept out-of-State checks. Please use a money order or a credit card).
